Antwort Capital has announced the launch and first closing of its feeder fund into Onepointfive Thematics SCS, a fund-of-funds that invests in growth-stage specialist funds, targeting sectors like food & agriculture, life sciences, clean energy and water.

The Luxembourg-based independent feeder fund specialist Antwort Capital on 17 December announced the launch and first closing of its feeder fund into Onepointfive Thematics SCS, a fund initiated by Onepointfive Capital Partners and Njord Alternative Investments. Both Onepointfive and Njord Alternative Investments are based in Oslo, Norway. Antwort’s feeder fund began fundraising during the summer and has attracted interest from family offices and private individuals thanks to a partnership with the Norwegian wealth manager NKF, said a press release. 

“Our fund-of-funds model ensures that we leverage the power of specialist funds to drive meaningful change in sectors undergoing rapid transformation,” commented Jon Eivind Stø, one of the founders of Onepointfive, a venture capital managerthat backs European teams and fund managers in the climate and impact sectors. “By focusing on high-growth areas like food, life sciences, clean energy and water, we enable investors to participate in developing essential industries.”
