Koch will report to Frederic Bilas, the CEO of Apex Fund Services Luxembourg. The new client relationship management director will focus on clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). 

He joined the company from Intertrust Group where he was head of real estate for Western Europe. He previously held senior roles at Morgan Stanley in Luxembourg and Frankfurt and accounting roles with KPMG, PwC and Threadgreen Europe.

Koch will be joined on the board by Lee Marshall, head of transformation at Apex Group, who also reports to Bilas. 

Marshall has over 25 years’ experience in operational, technology and product leadership roles, including over a decade in Luxembourg as COO of Kneip and MasonBower Luxembourg, most recently as chief transformation officer.

The appointments are subject to approval by financial sector regulator CSSF. 

Financial services provider Apex Group has appointed Stefan Koch as client relationship management director as well as nominating him to join the Apex Fund Services Luxembourg management board together with another new member, Lee Marshall.
