The real estate market in the Cloche d’Or district continues to move. The Ariane building, currently occupied by the European Commission, is now up for sale.

Located at 400, route d'Esch in Luxembourg, the Ariane building is currently fully occupied by the Commission, which rents the offices for around €5m per year.

Built in 1999, the building was renovated in 2015 and purchased last year from Intégrale by Monument Assurance when it acquired a portfolio of four buildings, including Ariane. It was notably the headquarters of PwC for several years before the latter’s move to Crystal Park.

The building offers 13,624 m2 of office space, complemented by 1,244 m2 of archive space, 248 underground parking spaces and 25 open-air parking spaces.

CBRE, which has the exclusive mandate for this sale, wishes to take advantage of the Mipim (international market for real estate professionals in Cannes) to launch this new property on the market.
