Although SA Square 48 was only officially created, in the commercial register, on Monday 2 January, the birth certificate was issued at the end of December. Atenor and ARHS Group have won the last lot of Square Mile, the strategic lot 48.

40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45... There was only one more lot to be allocated to complete . The suspense ended in December when the Belgian group Atenor announced that it had won this last lot with the ARHS group, for an undisclosed amount.

The two entities have joined forces in a 50/50 joint stock company Square 48 to carry out the development. Lot 48 comprises over 7,600m2 of office and retail space.

Founded and managed by , the ARHS group, with a turnover of €306m and Ebit of €19.8m according to its website (€266.8m and €19.2m according to its 2021 annual report), present in six countries and with 2,500 consultants, has signed a lease to rent the entire office space for ten years. In its 2021 annual report, the company, which specialises in digital transformation and is highly valued by the European institutions--such as the European Commission, European Investment Fund and European Central Bank)--and by Luxembourg ministries, indicated that it wanted to make this its new headquarters in 2026.

Delivery end of 2026

An architectural competition organised with Agora, the company in charge of developing the site, will be opened, so that the buildings can be delivered in the last quarter of 2026.

Atenor, which is listed on the Brussels Euronext, has where . It has already won another lot in Belval: (total gross floor area: 21,581m2), is an office building with a commercial area on the ground floor.
