Aiming to bridge investment opportunities between Europe, Asia and Africa, Atoz extended its tax advisory services by opening a new office in Dubai, the firm announced on Friday 8 March.

Celebrating two decades of service, Atoz Tax Advisers, an advisory firm based in Luxembourg and a founding member of the global Taxand network, announced the opening of a new office in Dubai within the first quarter of 2024.

Founded in 2004, Atoz provides a wide range of services throughout the investment entity lifecycle, including tax planning, design, implementation and exit planning. The firm focuses on financial institutions, private equity and family offices, sectors that require detailed tax advisory services.

The decision to expand into Dubai, announced in a press release on Friday 8 March, was motivated by the objective to meet the changing needs of its clients, facilitating their investments into Europe and globally by utilising Luxembourg’s status as an investment platform. The Dubai office, led by partner Olivier Remacle and with principal Barbara Schwartz based on-site, is set to support regional clients in their investment activities.
