They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a crazy desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg's #Nextgen. Each day, discover the portraits of these 100 women and men who are the new face of the country. In this instalment: Camille Wagner from CWA.

"I didn't study catering, I learned on the job", says Camille Wagner, manager of two restaurants in the family-run CWA group. In 2021, she opened her first restaurant, an Italian place in Schifflange, which was also the first restaurant in the CWA retail group. "I thought it wouldn't be so difficult to open a restaurant. I was wrong, it's very hard, but I love it."

At 25, Camille, the eldest of three children, works closely with her father. "I love working with my dad. He's open to our ideas," she says. Her role goes beyond running the restaurants; she's involved in various family projects, including an interior design shop and a flower shop. "I love learning and being involved in new things.”

Camille focuses on human resources and managing 30 employees. With experience, her leadership style has become "more authoritarian.… you have to show the right direction."
