At his request, Jacques Pütz has been relieved of his duties as CEO of Luxhub, where he should remain in a new role. The reins have been handed over to his operational director, Claude Meurisse, on an interim basis.

Four and a half years after the launch of Luxhub by four local banks, Spuerkeess, Banque Reiffeisen, BGL BNP Paribas and Post Luxembourg, and the appointment of to head the fintech specialising in open banking, the latter has informed his board of directors that he wishes to step back and relinquish his duties as CEO.

The chairman of the board of directors, , and the other directors agreed to this request. Meurisse, until now operational director, will take over the reins of the company until a new CEO is found.

In August, the director of new technologies, Radu Popa, also present since the launch of the fintech, also left Luxhub.

The fintech ended 2021 with a turnover of €5.75m (compared to €4.2m in 2020) and a deficit of less than €500,000. It employs 35 people.
