The law firm Clifford Chance has announced the appointment of five counsel in its Luxembourg office: Antonio Arenas Torres, Zoé Bofferding, Margaux Félix, Charlotte Reynders and Anne-Lise Vandevoir. Their appointments will take effect 1 May 2025.

Global law firm Clifford Chance on 25 April announced that it had appointed four new senior counsel and 40 new counsel across its European offices, including five in Luxembourg. Their appointments will take effect 1 May 2025.

Antonio Arenas Torres has been named counsel in the global financial markets practice, where he advises managers and issuers on a broad range of structured finance and debt capital markets transactions. Before joining Clifford Chance in September 2023, Arenas Torres worked at Pérez-Llorca in Madrid and Allen & Overy in Madrid, Paris, London and Munich.

Zoé Bofferding has been named counsel in the investment funds practice. Her clients include global asset managers and international financial institutions, and she focusses on structuring and launching both regulated and unregulated vehicles. Bofferding joined Clifford Chance Luxembourg in 2017, having previously carried out internships with the law firm.

Margaux Félix has been appointed counsel in the firm’s global financial markets practice. She advises lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and secured lending. Félix has worked at Clifford Chance Luxembourg since 2017.

Charlotte Reynders has been named counsel in the investment funds practice, where she focusses on advising domestic and foreign clients on the structuring of investment vehicles, with particular attention on unregulated structures, with real estate, infrastructure, debt and private equity strategies. Reynders has been with Clifford Chance since 2017 and previously worked in Belgium.

Anne-Lise Vandevoir has been appointed counsel in the firm’s investment funds practice. She advises clients on legal, regulatory and organisational aspects of the structuring, management and servicing of both investment funds and investment funds managers. She joined Clifford Chance Luxembourg in 2017.
