Costantini, the third largest employer in the Luxembourg construction sector, has announced the integration of four new companies. Thanks to its acquisitions, the group now has 850 employees.

The Costantini Group, the third largest employer in the Luxembourg construction sector, announced in a press release on 8 October the integration of four new companies: Czc, Ecomatlux, Ecomathome and Art Metal Design.

With a total workforce of 50, these companies strengthen a group that continues to grow despite the current challenges in the sector. “We are delighted to have these high-quality companies join our group. These acquisitions will enable us to integrate new businesses into our offering, so that we can better serve our customers,” said , Costantini’s managing director.

Among the new entities, Czc, based in Pétange, specialises in the creation and renovation of roof structures, as well as zinc work and waterproofing. Ecomatlux and Ecomathome are two of Czc’s sister companies. “Passing on my business means above all giving my employees a future. I’ve known the Costantini directors for over 30 years. I have every confidence in them to keep Czc going and growing,” says its former manager, Jean-François Denis. Art Metal Design, based in Bascharage, specialises in metal structures such as railings and banisters.

All four structures will adopt the Costantini logo, while retaining their respective names. The management committee has decided to entrust the co-management of these companies to Philippe Blasutto, who will be responsible for their development and expansion into new markets.

Thanks to these acquisitions, the Costantini Group now employs 850 people, two-thirds of whom work in Luxembourg.
