The Financial Sector Supervisory Commission (CSSF) announced in a  that it had imposed an administrative fine of €30,000 on Adler Group S.A., an issuer of securities whose home member state, for the purposes of a transparency law, is Luxembourg.

Adler Group has not published an audited annual financial report as of 31 December 2023 in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of the transparency law, said the CSSF in its communiqué. The fine--which is for noncompliance with obligations related to transparency requirements--was imposed on 22 August. A court action against the administrative sanction can be filed with the administrative court within three months, noted the regulator.
