"Next Gate Tech brings innovative technology to an industry that needed it," explains co-founder and CEO , 38. The fintech firm specialises in automating the operations of investment funds using cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning, AI, data management and the cloud.

"In Luxembourg, there are thousands of people handling Excel to process data and do regulatory reporting," he explains, highlighting the inefficiencies in the sector before his startup launched in 2019. "We have a strong competitive advantage and continue to grow by signing big names in finance."

With a team of 40, he sees himself as a passionate leader, bringing energy and positivity. "My role is to share a vision, give passion and motivate my team." For him, being nextgen means adopting different working methods and integrating new technologies and ways of doing things in traditional sectors.
