Gramegna was this week in India attending a summit related to the Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank. While there he was snapped with actress Niharica Raizada, who was born and grew up in Luxembourg.
According to an article in the Times of India, the actress made a special effort to meet the minister because of her Luxembourg roots.
Telling him about her forthcoming film, “Total Dhamaal”, she reportedly said: “he got excited about the fact that I am the first Luxembourgish citizen to work in a big Bollywood film. His marketing team suggested that they would help release the film in all the cinema halls in Luxembourg.”
Raizada was born in Luxembourg in 1990. She studied at Imperial College London and Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
She is trained in acting, western classical music and ballet and was crowned Miss India UK in 2010. The first film in which she acted was “Damadol”, produced in 2013. She has 10 film credits to her name.
