The facility was being built with the assistance of the Nato Support and Procurement Agency in Capellen and material was being delivered via Cargolux freight flights. The government says the facility “will be operational in the coming days.”
Health minister Paulette Lenert, prime minister Xavier Bettel and minister for the armed forces a François Bausch visited the site on Friday evening.
