The appointment was made during the AGM on 1 June when Carine Feipel, current ILA chair, Justin Griffiths and Virginie Lagrange were re-elected to the board, with Lagrange appointed as vice-chair.

Robert Scharfe, member of the ILA board member for the last nine years did not stand for re-election due to his recent retirement from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. He will continue to work with the ILA as a member of its education working committee.

For Feipel, this marks her second and last mandate as board chair.
