When BuzzCity opens in spring 2021, it will provide four office buildings, with four stories spanning 16,800 m2, in the heart of the Am Bann economic zone.
The complex incorporates sustainable approaches, such as the collection of rain water from green roofs for use in garden maintenance, cleaning and the toilets. The project also has 12 electric vehicle charging stations and parking facilities for bicycles. Other infrastructure includes 346 indoor parking spaces and 15 outdoor spaces.
BuzzCity is being built by Atenor, in partnership with Fidentia. The former has built projects in Luxembourg City and Belval.
Located on the perimeter of Luxembourg City, Leudelange is in the process of further expanding its office and business facilities. The Lhassa building in the Altitude complex, completed in November 2018, is expected to be part occupied by Regus starting November. The La Paz building, which has been leased out to Northern Trust, will open in March 2020. Meanwhile, a Peugeot-Citroën DS-Kia concession called Car Avenue is expected to open in Leudelange in the summer of 2020.
