The two buildings on rue du Fort Niedergrünewald, known as OBH, are designed by M3 Architectes and would include offices available for rent, due to open May 2020, and a Mama Shelter hotel, expected for March 2020.

The Fonds Kirchberg had initially planned to develop offices and apartments on the site. Following a consultation, the idea was scrapped in favour of offices and a hotel residence, CMIL head Claude Amar told Paperjam.

The offices would span seven floors and include a conference room, meeting rooms, cafeteria and space for a police station.

The hotel, meanwhile, will have 145 rooms over five floors, offering a bakery, bar, pizzeria, meeting rooms and rooftop lounge, rotisserie and pétanque zone. Outside a new square designed by Areal will be used by Mama Shelter and Sofitel, providing a link with the future Infinity project.
