The Prism building is expected to go up at 404-406 Route d’Esch, offering offices between 370m2 and 1,050m2 on six floors.

The interior design is flexible and can be adapted to different tenants’ needs, with the exterior designed in architectural concrete and a raised frame made of anodised aluminium.

The entrance to the building is slightly set back from the street, framed by water features.

The building corresponds to energy-efficient criteria and received an excellent BREEAM certificate, the second-highest rating. Construction should be completed in 2022.
