The new office has space for up to 1,200 staff and replaces the confectionary firm’s multiple locations in the grand duchy.

The 29,500m2 structure was developed in partnership with Besix Red and Félix Giorgetti, on the plans of the architecture firm Perry Weber & Associés and the engineering firms Best and Betic. The interior was designed by Lonsdale, a French outfit.

The façade features a 100m cantilever mounted without a support column. The building consists of two wings connected by an atrium, which is covered by an 800m2 glass roof.

The Ferrero HQ was built on two parcels, bought from two different owners, near Findel airport. Land is still available on the site for a possible extension of the building.
