Deloitte Luxembourg on 4 December published its 2024 impact report and announced its annual results. The company reported €508m in gross revenues for its 2024 financial year, up from €462m in 2023.
“We achieved a remarkable 12% growth in net service revenues and surpassed the €500m milestone with €508m in gross revenues. This success spans across our advisory & consulting, audit & assurance, and tax practices,” said , managing partner and CEO at Deloitte Luxembourg in a . “With 46% of our workforce being women, an average employee age of 33, and a team comprising 2,700 colleagues from 70 different nationalities, we pride ourselves on fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.”
"At Deloitte Luxembourg, financial performance is just one aspect of our comprehensive approach to creating meaningful impact,” he added in a press release. “Deloitte’s distinctive multidisciplinary model, enhanced by cutting-edge technology, has been crucial in securing this year's outstanding growth.”
The firm, however, this year did not report on its figures by service line, as it has done in the past. “This year, we are placing a strong emphasis on enhancing our services and focusing on our distinctive multidisciplinary model,” a spokesperson told Paperjam when questioned on the topic. “As a result, we have chosen not to report figures by service line.”
Deloitte Luxembourg also announced that it had appointed Oriane Schoonbroodt as a partner within audit & assurance, effective 1 December. “Oriane’s extensive expertise in sustainability will further enhance our assurance capabilities as we strive to meet our clients' evolving needs in navigating the complex landscape of ESG reporting requirements,” commented Psaila. “Her knowledge will be a valuable asset to our team.” Schoonbroodt was previously a partner at EY Luxembourg, where she worked on climate change & sustainability for financial services. She joined EY in February 2024. Previously, she worked at PWC Luxembourg (2021 to 2024), focusing on sustainable finance and ESG strategy & deals, at Label R, and as chief of staff and senior policy advisor at the European Parliament.
