On 23 April, the 10x6 “Key Takeaways from MIPIM 2025” was held at Kinepolis Kirchberg. The evening opened with welcoming remarks from  (DP), minister of housing and spatial planning, who underlined the pivotal role of public-private partnerships in accelerating the delivery of affordable housing and driving the sustainable transformation of the built environment.

Ten experts then took the stage--each with six minutes to speak--sharing the lessons they brought back from Mipim 2025: the decarbonisation of cities, the integration of AI across the real-estate value chain, innovative financing models and responses to demographic challenges.

Held in the immediate wake of the Cannes fair, the 10x6 drew several hundred professionals eager to gauge the market’s direction and anticipate emerging trends in Luxembourg and across Europe.
