The Young business leaders federation FJD will be headed by Antoine Clasen, director general of Bernard Massard, for the 2022-2023 period.

Clasen will replace head of sales and marketing at Heintz van Landewyck, after 250 members of the federation voted in his favour at the Fédération des Jeunes Dirigeants’s annual general meeting on 18 October.

Forty-year old took over the general director position of Bernard Massard from his father in 2016, after gathering experience with Pictet in Geneva, PwC and Vasco/Carlsberg Importers. For his upcoming mandate, Clasen said he would focus on seven key areas: attractiveness of talent; health; education; public finances; competitiveness; environment and energy and social cohesion.

The federation, which counts 611 business leaders, wants to develop entrepreneurial practices and a favourable environment for companies in Luxembourg. 40% of its members are under 45 years old.
