Grainne Corr, vice president at J.P. Morgan Bank, enjoys cycling. “I love cycling in this part of Bertrange as it’s only 6km from the city, but you pass cows, sheep and horses. The scenery at the top of the hill is spectacular, makes the hill climb worth it!”

Nicolas Volfart, who’s a black belt 2e Darga, says, “Krav Maga is a martial art that is both physical and technical. It brings a great knowledge of oneself and one’s body, as well as a certain confidence to serenely manage difficult situations. I’m glad to be able to connect my daily work as senior manager at EY Luxembourg and my passion, teaching Krav Maga in Kirchberg in the evening.”

Mariana Florea, president of The Network, one of the oldest professional women’s networks in Luxembourg, regularly practices hot yoga at 40°C. “It’s my best way to stay in shape, while meditating and practicing being present in the moment. It also keeps my physical therapist away as my posture and joints are in good shape!”

, president of L3A (the Luxembourg Alternative Administrators Association) and sales & relationship management director at Alter Domus, is a keen cyclist. “I particularly enjoy the variety Luxembourg offers, from the rolling hills of the north, to the vineyards of the east and the Terre Rouge with its mining history in the south--and more often than not on an expanding choice of first-rate cycling paths through amazing countryside.”
