, which established an office in Luxembourg in July 2022, has announced that lawyer Jan Saalfrank joined the law firm as a partner on 1 February. Saalfrank specialises in advising international fund sponsors, investment managers and investors on all legal, corporate, transactional and regulatory matters across all asset classes of the alternative investment fund space, with a particular focus on real estate, private equity, debt and venture capital funds, said a press release from the firm.
