HACA Partners is pleased to announce that Geoffrey Barré has been promoted to Partner. Geoffrey is leading the Consulting Services within the audit and consulting firm. This promotion forms an important step in both Geoffrey’s career and the firm’s development. This promotion acknowledges his experience, leadership, and commitment to supporting the ongoing success and development of HACA Partners.

With 16 years of experience in financial services, including 10 years at a Big Four, acting as an expert in external audits of UCITS, Alternative Funds, and Investment Fund Managers, and ultimately becoming a certified Réviseur d’Entreprises, Geoffrey strengthened his financial expertise for five years with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), leading ESG and valuation Thematic On-Site Inspections for some of Luxembourg’s top asset managers. Additionally, his work on performance fee calculations and contributions to the ESMA Guidelines showcase his thought leadership in the field.

As a Partner at HACA Partners, Geoffrey oversees key areas including, Sustainable Finance, Corporate Valuation, IT Risk Consulting and Project Management. His leadership promises to enhance service delivery and drive further innovation within the firm.

This promotion consolidates and reinforces the company’s strategic choice to complement its core businesses on control functions (audits, compliance and risk management) with high value-added consulting activities. While the existing consulting businesses listed above are already well established, other services will be added to the company’s range of services, notably expertise in tax matters and in the field of Transaction Services. All our services are also translated into training products through our dedicated HACAdemy training center.

We congratulate Geoffrey for this great achievement and wish him all the best with his new responsibilities and continuous success with the great opportunities to come.

Come and ask for Geoffrey because as opposed to Luc Fayard’s definition: “Consultant: Young graduate you pay a lot of money to have him deliver information after six months that you already know and that is of no use to you,” our new Partner is not that young, is rather fast and hates being useless.
