They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a crazy desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg’s #Nextgen. Each day, discover the portraits of these 100 women and men who make up the new face of the country. In this instalment: Giacomo Trenz of Arca Properties.

After studying international business in Croatia (where his parents are from), Giacomo Trenz returned to Luxembourg and founded his first company at the age of 25, launching a peanut production line, Drink n’Joy. Facing the challenges of covid-19, the 30-year-old turned to real estate and founded Arca Properties, specialising in high-quality temporary housing for businesses.

He values responsibility and autonomy in his employees. “We aim for high standards but allow mistakes so that ultimately, we can learn today to do better tomorrow.”

Trenz firmly believes in merging intergenerational skills, combining the experience of older individuals with the quick execution of younger ones. A visionary, he aims to create a multinational organisation by combining services, physical products and technologies.

Giacomo has recently resigned as the CEO of Arca Properties.
