Fintech is strengthening its board with the addition of Robert Glaesener and George Valsamidis.

In a press release on Wednesday morning, announced the departure of Arnold Spruit and the introduction of and Valsamidis to its board of directors. They join , Ralf Ferner, head of corporate governance, and the two co-founders (CEO) and Rob Boerman (CTO).

Valsamidis founded a series of startups before successfully launching a company, which he then helped grow into the Altec Group, Greece’s largest IT group. He has coached and supported numerous startups and scale-ups in the IT and financial services sectors.
