Fintech Governance.com is strengthening its board with the addition of Robert Glaesener and George Valsamidis.

In a press release on Wednesday morning, Governance.com announced the departure of Arnold Spruit and the introduction of and Valsamidis to its board of directors. They join , Ralf Ferner, head of corporate governance, and the two co-founders (CEO) and Rob Boerman (CTO).

Having founded Internaxx.com, TDBank's international online bank in Luxembourg, and having been its CEO from 2000 to 2010, Glaesener is also the chairman of Talkwalker. From 2010 to 2021, he helped it grow from a startup to a global company with 450 employees.

Valsamidis founded a series of startups before successfully launching a company, which he then helped grow into the Altec Group, Greece’s largest IT group. He has coached and supported numerous startups and scale-ups in the IT and financial services sectors.
