Governance.com, a Luxembourg-based specialist in process automation for the financial industry, has taken another step forward. It has just signed a five-year global agreement with Apex Group.

With 50 offices worldwide and 5,000 employees, Apex Group is a heavyweight in the financial services provision sector, offering a wide range of support to asset managers, capital markets, private clients and family offices. Governance.com, which specialises in process automation in the financial industry, has just signed a five-year global agreement with the company.

The aim is to “implement a digital process management platform and systems. Starting with Apex Group’s Luxembourg-based entity, European Depositary Bank (EDB), Governance.com will deliver the new digitalisation partnership that will enable Apex to more efficiently and securely deliver services to its clients, underpinned by robust regulatory compliance,” explains the joint press release from both entities. The new platform will support functions such as asset registration, ownership verification and regulatory oversight. "The new platform solution will be used by EDB’s teams across several locations starting with Luxembourg and Ireland," the press release reads.

This is a good move for Governance.com CEO Bert Boerman, his brother Rob who is head of business operations & product/CTO, and Georges Bock, director of strategy.
