In just a few days, the eat it! street food festival will take place at the Rotondes’ courtyard on 9-10 April at noon. About 15 Luxembourgish and international food trucks and stands will be at the service of all food lovers. Each food stand will offer at least one vegetarian dish and a DJ will be onsite to keep the mood lively.

Arancino
The Italian rice balls come with many surprises with their variety of stuffings. Arancino has made us special recipes that come with classic bolognese, mozzarella-ham, peas, ricotta-spinach, ‘nduja, mascarpone cheese, roasted peppers and capers.
StrEATchef
Enjoy the famous Melusina menu that comes with a StrEATchef burger, French fries and bacon. The homemade burgers contain 100% pure Luxembourg beef.

Its pad thai is a bestseller, with glass noodles being the main ingredient, plus a healthy mix of tofu (on demand), spring onion, soya sprouts and soya sauce.

With several organic wraps on offer, be sure to ask for its most popular wrap with homemade falafel, grilled peppers, homemade houmous and ketchup, onions and iceberg lettuce.
Food trucks at the eat it festival will include Las Fritas, Las Maracas, Mr and Mrs Muffle, Lëtzeburger, Magic‑K, Greek Food by Michalis, Leckermailchen, Bargello, Verace, La Mer du Sud, Buibui, Foodriders, Amazing Street, The Chili Truck, De Reiskocher, Green Mango and the Buvette.
