(Gen II) has appointed to the new role of business development executive director for Europe, as the private capital administrator continues to expand its European presence as part of the wider evolution of its transatlantic service capabilities.

Working alongside Gen II’s senior leadership team, Prochaska will be responsible for delivery of the business’s growth strategy in continental Europe, helping to expand its growing presence across the region. With five offices and over 650 experienced professionals already operating across Europe, Gen II continues to build on its reputation for providing high quality, solution-driven services to private capital asset managers and investors worldwide.

Prochaska has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry and joins Gen II from a large financial services provider where she acted as the head of business development for Europe, leading growth operations across Europe with responsibility for building the business development team and raising the company’s profile across private markets.
