Can you summarise your company’s activity in a few words?

Birgit Bucari-Kaiser: At , we help businesses go digital with easy-to-use payment and cash register solutions. We process payment transactions, whether online or at the point of sale--and we do it right here in Luxembourg. Our flagship products in Luxembourg are our modern cloud-based POS system and the connected terminal. When paying by card, the amount is transferred directly to the terminal, which saves time and reduces errors. Plus, business owners can monitor sales and customer trends from anywhere at any time.

What is the story behind your company, and how does this story translate to your mission and values?

Our mission is simple: make payments easy so businesses can focus on what really matters--their customers. Unzer was created to simplify commerce by bringing together the best payment and software solutions in one place. As a company formed through mergers, we have combined a variety of products to give businesses a smooth and hassle-free way to manage sales across all channels--for big and small businesses.

What opportunities are you looking for within the Club and how do you plan to contribute to its development?

For us, the Club is an amazing place to connect with other businesses, exchange ideas, and collaborate on innovative solutions. We’re also looking to link with merchants. What do we bring to the table? We’re here to support businesses by sharing knowledge about digitalisation in sales, creating synergies with other companies, and helping to push toward a more digital and modern future in Luxembourg.
