Hervé Joseph-Antoine has been appointed managing director of Compass Group Luxembourg, a position he has held since the beginning of March, the company announced in a press release.

Compass Group Luxembourg has announced the appointment of Hervé Joseph-Antoine as managing director. Joseph-Antoine, who officially took up his post at the beginning of March 2025, “brings over 20 years of general management experience in transformation and growth contexts, in Europe and Asia,” the company said in a statement.

A graduate of the École Polytechnique in France, Joseph-Antoine worked in Paris and then for ten years in Singapore, where he oversaw the Asia-Pacific and Indian Ocean region for the TUI group. More recently, he was head of the premium foodservices business of the Sodexo France group in Paris.

In his new role, “his mission will be to continue structuring Compass Group Luxembourg,” says the group. “Drawing on his expertise in innovation in the restaurant, hotel, events and personal services sectors, he will support the development of a new phase of expansion in the group's business lines.”

“I am delighted to be joining Compass Group Luxembourg, which has established itself as a major player in the country,” comments Joseph-Antoine. “With a bold and forward-looking management team, we will be keen to write together a new phase of development for our activities.”

Compass Group Luxembourg is today one of the main players on the Luxembourg market in the field of business services. The company had some 580,000 employees worldwide in 2024, including 2,200 in Luxembourg.
