Ignacio has joined White & Case as an associate in our global tax practice in Luxembourg.

Ignacio brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for International and Luxembourg tax law. His expertise encompasses in advising clients in corporate tax law, with a particular focus on advising on the tax aspects of investment fund structuring, private equity, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and financings. He also specialises on tax matters related to corporate restructurings, securitisations, capital markets transactions, and compliance with Dac6, Fatca and CRS.

He holds a master of laws in taxation from the University Carlos III of Madrid and completed academic exchanges at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM).

Ignacio’s addition to our team enhances the robust capabilities offered by White & Case Luxembourg in the tax practice.
