Choosing your kitchen is an important step. By relocating its showroom to Capellen, bulthaup offers its clients a personalized and immersive experience.

Present in Luxembourg for over 30 years, the German company bulthaup offers custom, high-end, and timeless kitchens made from quality materials. Strongly established on Route d'Arlon in Strassen, the company decided in January 2025 to move a few kilometers away to Capellen. "We seized the opportunity to stand out and leave a street where kitchen specialists were abundant. We took the initiative to change our store and prioritize a human-sized exhibition," explains Sara, managing director and interior architect at bulthaup Espace Luxembourg.

A New Immersive Space

While the showroom's address has changed, the presentation concept has evolved as well. The teams wanted to favor a mansion to create a more immersive customer experience and thus sought the ideal location. "We see many large, classic showrooms that are glass-fronted and impersonal. We wanted to stand out. In these spaces, we often showcase very large kitchens that do not necessarily match the interiors of most clients. In our current showroom, we ensure that everyone can more easily envision themselves in the space. It's worth noting that the kitchens are well suited to a home." The advantage of this new location and presentation is to attract people who are genuinely interested in purchasing a kitchen and ready to take the plunge. "This type of location is unique to bulthaup. It allows us to attract a selective clientele," comments Damasio, technical manager. "The size of the lot and the easily accessible private parking are also strengths appreciated by customers."

Feeling at Home

The teams at bulthaup Espace Luxembourg have no regrets about choosing this renovated location. "It's a space that is also more pleasant to work in. We feel at home, and the clients sense that too. Before, we could accommodate several people at once. Here, we are more available. The atmosphere is warmer, so clients feel more comfortable and are ready to take their time," says Sauvlet, interior architect. While the teams mostly receive clients by appointment, they pay special attention to each person who walks through the showroom door. Clients benefit from personalized individual attention to discover the models on display in an intimate setting and to imagine their future kitchen. In fact, the company wants to continue offering kitchens tailored to the habits of both private and professional clients.

To introduce this new showroom to a wider audience, an open house weekend is planned for the coming months.
