On Thursday 6 June 2024, Advanzia Bank unveiled Emerald in Munsbach, marking the debut of the first zero-carbon office building in both Luxembourg and the broader Benelux region.

Advanzia Bank, a digital neobank specialising in credit cards and payment solutions, its leasing of the entire Emerald building in Munsbach, the first zero-carbon office building in Luxembourg and the wider Benelux region, on Thursday 6 June. During the inauguration event, attended by nearly 30 guests, , CEO of Advanzia Bank, emphasised that the event marked a significant milestone in Advanzia’s dedication towards a sustainable future.

Established in Luxembourg in 2005, Advanzia has a workforce of over 200 employees in the grand duchy.
