The Social Business Incubator in Luxembourg has issued its first call for projects with a social and societal impact. The Touch BASE (Be A Social Entrepreneur) programme, open to aspiring social entrepreneurs, will run from March to July 2023.

Inaugurated in September 2022 and backed by the labour ministry, the Social Business Incubator (SBI) has launched a call for social and societal impact projects under the Touch BASE (Be A Social Entrepreneur) programme aimed at budding social entrepreneurs in the grand duchy.

The programme will run for about five months and includes over 60 hours of workshops and 20 hours of personalised coaching. It is divided into three phases (start.shape.set), each of which requires participants to present their progress to a committee of entrepreneurial experts and representatives from the ministry.

“At the end of the programme, participants will know how to crystallise their idea of a social impact company, validate their market, elaborate their financial plan, establish their marketing plan and much more,” the ministry said in a press statement.

CEO of Art Square Lab Magdalena Jakubowska, business consultant Tanyth Blackler, and founder of KnowThyBrand Giulia Iannucci, are among the programme's trainers.

The deadline for application is 12 February 2023. Interested participants can find more information .
