The journey towards collaboration began when Sébastien Périé, manager at Atelier Windsor, discovered the BioOrg Smart Clean solution on LinkedIn and contacted Indoor Forest. Following a testing phase in July of this year and subsequent positive customer feedback, the restaurant is taking great pride in being the first in Luxembourg to improve air quality for the comfort of its customers.
The goal of this collaboration, according to both parties, is to improve the dining experience for customers. An ambition that has now been met thanks to the year-long collaboration.
B13, la Manufacture, Hesper Park and Atelier Windsor are all part of the Bon Appétit restaurant group. Products in the BioOrg ecosystem of Indoor Forest eliminate pollution, solvents and chemical residues while conserving water. It naturally purifies the air, removes dust and cleans multiple surfaces.
It’s a Horesca-type miracle solution
Virginie Ducommun, manager of Indoor Forest and distributor for Luxembourg, says her exchange with Périé was the easiest business conversation she’s ever had. “I had in front of me someone who already understood everything about the concept and answered his own questions.”
The testing phase was conducted in the restaurant’s public areas, outside of the kitchen. “Customers appreciate the delicate and discreet perfume: they ask questions and appreciate the approach,” explains Périé, who used to be a wine merchant for organic and biodynamic wines. The same principles apply to restaurants he explains, saying “we can have a clean and welcoming restaurant without chemicals, so we innovate and we test”.

The BioOrg solution creates a healthy environment with less dust, “where you keep the good smells of cooking without leaving with it on your clothes”, says Ducommun.
“The installation is very simple: just spray the product in the room before the service… the cleaner is multi-surface so it can clean both wooden tables and fabric seats. The team can work serenely since natural products make it possible to clean a table next to someone who eats without disturbing them with strong and chemical odours.”
The feasibility of expanding to other companies within the group is being discussed, according to Ducommun, who cites the economic benefits of saving time for cleaning staff and simplifying logistics. “It’s a Horesca-type miracle solution.”
