A daytime feast for the eyes

And why not combine sport and culture by visiting those striking exhibitions?

At the National Museum of History and Art (NMHA), which is hosting "The Rape of Europe--Maxim Kantor on Putin's Russia (Works 1992-2022)". Organised in partnership with the Luxembourg Red Cross, this exhibition aims to support Ukrainian refugees in the Grand Duchy. The museum is also devoting . This is a complex subject that plunges into the history of the 20th century, while at the same time presenting a very current commentary.

At the Casino Luxembourg, Fabien Giraud and Raphaël Siboni present “The Everted Capital (Katabasis)”, the third and final part of their evolving project “The Unmanned”. The exhibition is an opportunity both to present all the films and objects that make up “The Everted Capital” and to be the shooting location for the epilogue of the series.

In this emblematic building in the city centre, it is also possible to discover two “Repräsentantinnen”, dolls called “Real Dolls”, endowed with artificial intelligence and created by German artist Louisa Clement and designed in her image. They are dressed for the occasion by the Luxembourg fashion designer Charlotte Kroon.

Finally, among the exhibitions at Mudam, it would be a shame to miss the exhibition "Al río / To the River" by the artist Zoe Leonard, who presents for the first time her vast photographic project initiated in 2016, or the spectacular “Garden of Resistance” by the duo Martine Feipel & Jean Bechameil, which stages an artificial and automated landscape that combines the inert and the animate.
