Since 2009, Initio Luxembourg has been advising leading Luxembourg financial and insurance institutions in their transformation projects.

With more than 70 consultants, Initio Luxembourg will become Square Management Luxembourg in 2023 and with this change of identity, it affirms its belonging to Square Management and its ability to bring all the group's know-how to its clients.

The group’s ambitions

Square Management aims to become the leading European strategy and organisation consulting firm by 2027 with a turnover of 300 million euros. The firm, present in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, plans to recruit 400 new employees in 2023.
