The former country manager for the Utopia and Kinepolis cinema chains will oversee the full digitalisation of Edenred’s Ticket Restaurant and Ticket Compliments solutions.

Meal vouchers company Edenred has appointed Jacky Beck as head of its office in the grand duchy. Beck is a well-known figure in the Luxembourg business world. She served as country manager for local cinema chain Utopia Group and also for Kinepolis when it took over the Luxembourg movie theatres. After leaving Kinepolis she joined communication and publishing house Binsfeld as a senior account manager.

She is now taking up the challenge of fully digitalising Edenred’s Ticket Restaurant meal voucher and Ticket Compliments gift voucher solutions, which are available to customers via the new Edenred card.

“I am impressed by the way Edenred’s values guide employees in their daily lives and determine our daily actions,” said Beck in a statement. “The unwavering desire to constantly improve products, services and the resulting relationships is motivating. I am also pleased to contribute to improving the food purchasing power of Luxembourg employees in this inflationary context while providing a tax-efficient solution for employers and boosting local trade.”

Edenred says that by integrating Mastercard’s open payment scheme into its own application, the new version of the Edenred card broadens the possibilities for both cardholders and merchants. It is compatible with all terminals and e-commerce sites and can be used in eligible stores that accept Mastercard in physical, contactless and online payment, and even mobile with Apple Pay.
