Asset management firm CapitalatWork Foyer Group has announced the appointment of Jean Ceppetelli as its chief operating officer. Based in Luxembourg, Ceppetelli will oversee operations throughout the Benelux region. Guy Oberweis will also join the firm as a senior wealth manager.
