Lombard Odier has appointed Jessica Rabut as CEO of Lombard Odier Europe SA, effective 1 January 2025, following nearly two decades of experience in the banking sector across various roles.

Lombard Odier has the promotion of to chief executive officer of Lombard Odier Europe SA, effective 1 January 2025, pending approval by the bank’s board of directors. Rabut, who currently serves as deputy CEO of Lombard Odier Europe, has been a key figure in the bank’s transformation and growth since joining in 2017, it stated.

Initially appointed head of human resources, Rabut was named deputy CEO in 2022. In her new role, she will remain based in Luxembourg and will join the private clients executive committee, reporting directly to Frédéric Rochat, managing partner and co-head of the private clients unit. According to a press statement issued by the bank on Wednesday 27 November 2024, Rabut’s promotion underscores Lombard Odier’s commitment to fostering leadership from within the organisation.

In a related move, , the current CEO of Lombard Odier Europe, will transition to the role of chief operating officer of the private clients unit, effective 1 January 2025. Herrmann, who joined Lombard Odier in 2019 as COO of Lombard Odier Europe before being appointed CEO in 2022, will continue as a member of the private clients executive committee, reporting to Rochat. Herrmann will be based in Geneva, Switzerland.
