“After 11 amazing years filled with inspiring people, exciting challenges, meaningful successes, and continuous learning, it’s time for me to move on and start a new journey,” announced on LinkedIn, making her departure from Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (Bil) official.
“I’m deeply grateful for everything I’ve experienced and for the clients, partners, colleagues, teams and board members I’ve had the privilege to work with over the years. Thank you for your trust, collaboration, and the many impactful moments we’ve shared!” added Scholtes, who held the position of chief of Luxembourg market & CIB at the grand duchy’s oldest bank. “I will always remain a proud Bil ambassador, cheering you on from the sidelines and celebrating your continued success.”
A new entrepreneurial adventure
But the closing of one chapter paves the way for the next. “I’m excited to share that I’m now embarking on a brand-new adventure--the creation of my own boutique advisory firm, specialising in strategic HR, leadership advisory, change management, negotiation & mediation,” she wrote.
Active on several fronts, Scholtes will also continue to hold the position of chair at the House of Training, lead the working group on attracting talent at the Chamber of Commerce, contribute to the work of the Economic and Social Council, and serve as a board member of the Philharmonie Luxembourg.
“Grateful for the past, excited for the future--and ready to keep building and growing,” Scholtes concludes.
