A specialist in corporate law, joined Clifford Chance as a Partner in 2016 and represents the firm on the board of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and is a member of its Legal Technical Committee.
Gauzès has plenty of experience advising clients from the private equity and real estate industry on the structuring of complex international transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions as well as the reorganisation and setting up of various company structures and joint ventures in Luxembourg.
She started her career in Luxembourg at Arendt & Medernach in 2002 and rose to become a partner in 2011.
