She holds a Master’s in Business Law from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University and has begun her career at Clifford Chance, Luxembourg, working in the Legal & Knowledge management.

In 2018, she joined  as Human Resources, Governance, and Facilities Manager and was promoted in July 2024 to Senior Manager, Head of Governance and Human Resources, where she took on more responsibilities as Outsourcing.

Kimberly is also Member of the ABBL Social Affairs Committee since 2024.
