ConTech kodehyve has launched a KYC/AML/BO/CTF compliance module in partnership with Kleyr Grasso, an independent Luxembourg law firm. The module has been developed in response to changes of the law of 12 November 2004 against money laundering and terrorism financing (AML Law) made in Luxembourg in 2020 bringing property developers within its scope, including them in the definition of professionals subject to the law. The solution provides a reliable platform to perform due diligence on potential investors, alleviating the complexity and time-consuming nature of compliance.
The module is available in kodehyve’s flagship solution, kodehyve OS, standalone compliance application, kodehyve comply. Software Development Kits (SDKs) are also available.

“We are excited to join forces with Kleyr Grasso, our expert and reliable legal partner, to launch such a state-of-the-art compliance module.
