What is a "good customer" for you?

It is a satisfied and trusting customer. However, achieving this quality of relationship is not a given, it has to be earned. Let me explain: my job is to accompany my clients, which are companies. Knowing how to listen to their needs, expectations and identify the issues. Then, recommending solutions adapted to the situation of each one. And ensuring optimal follow-up. Finally, knowing how to be there when things are going well, but also when there are difficulties. All these parameters contribute to a healthy relationship that lasts. In my opinion, I repeat, a good customer is a satisfied customer who has confidence.

What advice do you like to give to your clients?

My advice is to work out the planned actions several months in advance. Develop a strategic communication plan on a timeline. There are several reasons for this. To be effective and visible over time. But also, to have the best places in the desired media, at the best price conditions.
