LFF marks 15 years of promoting the financial sector

One of the financial sector’s key champions celebrated a decade-and-a-half of attracting firms and professionals to the grand duchy on Monday evening.

Luxembourg for Finance’s 15th anniversary reception featured addresses by Nicolas MackelNicolas Mackel, CEO of Luxembourg for Finance, Yuriko BackesYuriko Backes, the finance minister (DP) and chair of Luxembourg for Finance, and the prime minister, Xavier BettelXavier Bettel (DP).

About 300 people attended the event, including Crown Prince GuillaumeCrown Prince Guillaume and the economy minister Franz FayotFranz Fayot (LSAP), as well as the UK ambassador Fleur ThomasFleur Thomas and US ambassador Thomas BarrettThomas Barrett, and the heads of several trade associations.

Luxembourg for Finance is an economic development agency jointly backed by the state and private sector stakeholders.
