The Michelin Guide has also chosen to award a star to Clovis Degrave for his work at Chef’s Table, a star to René Mathieu for Fields at Findel (and who thus gets his star back after leaving La Distillerie), and to Archibald de Prince, who recently opened his establishment.
“It’s a real pleasure to receive such an award,” commented Degrave. “We come to the ceremony every year to meet our colleagues, but this year, we were holding our breath. And when we saw our name, we were delighted and very moved! It’s a wonderful recognition for the entire team and it will help raise the profile of the restaurant even higher.”
