They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a mad desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg's #Nextgen. Each day, discover the portraits of these 100 women and men who are the new face of the country. In this instalment: Louis Linster, chef at Léa Linster.

Louis Linster grew up in the family restaurant. After studying economics in Switzerland, the 34-year-old returned to help his mother, found his place in the restaurant and decided to become a chef. His mother has always been a role model for him. Inspired by his travels in Asia, Louis incorporates Asian flavours into a light, modern French cuisine.

"We put a lot of ourselves into our dishes and sometimes perfect cooking is a matter of seconds." Together with his wife, they run the restaurant, constantly innovating the menu to offer a fresh experience. Louis values listening to and including his team, as they spend a lot of time together. Motivated by continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, the chef wonders about the future of the restaurant business and its staff.
