Ten new private equity players joined the LPEA board at its general meeting on 8 June. The federation also welcomed 48 new members.

Following its general meeting on Tuesday 8 June, the LPEA, the private equity and venture capital association, elected ten new members to its board.

In its press release, the association highlights the fact that two major investors have joined the board for the first time. These are Apollo Global Management, one of the world's largest private equity firms ($81 billion in assets under management), and the Luxembourg investment company Luxempart.

The board of directors, which now has 30 members, will continue to be chaired by Claus Mansfeldt of SwanCap Investment Management. In July 2020, the management of the federation was also taken over by Stéphane Pesch as CEO.

In its 10th anniversary year, the LPEA also welcomed 48 new members, bringing its total membership to 304.

The 10 new members joining the board of directors are:
